Returns, Refunds and Restocking Fees
Denago believes in the quality of its products and wants you to shop with confidence. Please read the following carefully to understand our returns and restocking fee policy applicable to all components, accessories and ebikes sold by Denago.com: All returns must be authorized and have a Return Authorization Number.

Returns of items in new and unused condition within 15 days of receipt

  • You may return items in new and unused condition within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping charges.
  • Please contact Denago for an RA number before sending your shipment.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient, unless we made a shipping error.
  • We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used originally upon receipt, review, and confirmation of returned product.

Return information specific to eBikes

  • eBikes can be returned if there are less than 25 miles on the odometer and the eBike doesn't have significant wear and tear.
  • A restocking fee may be charged, depending on condition. Please contact Denago for guidance.

Purchase made at retail brick-and-mortar partners
If you purchased a Denago eBike at a brick-and-mortar dealer, it cannot be returned to Denago.com. Each brick-and-mortar Denago dealer is an independent business that sets their own return and exchange policy. Please contact the place of purchase for guidance.
